👊 Armand McCormick – Owner & Programmer

With over 20 years of coaching experience, Armand specializes in CrossFit training with am emphasis on strength and functional fitness. Passionate about helping athletes of all levels, he ensures every member progresses safely while pushing their limits.

🔥 Sarah McCormick – Owner

Sarah has played a vital role in shaping The Gym, CrossFit Kilo. As a co-founder alongside Armand, Sarah helped lay the foundation for our community and was instrumental in creating our nutrition program, which has guided countless members toward sustainable, long-term success.

Megan Timmins – Owner & Programmer

Megan serves as both a programmer alongside Armand and movement specialist. With a deep understanding of functional fitness, she designs effective workouts that optimize health and wellness while focusing on proper movement mechanics to help members improve flexibility, prevent injuries and move with confidence both inside and outside the gym.

🥦 Zildjian Seehase– Nutrition Specialist & Sales Manager

Z is dedicated to helping members fuel their performance and achieve their goals through her expert nutrition guidance. She also oversees sales and retail, ensuring that every new member is taken care of and current members have access to the best resources in the fitness industry to thrive.

📲 Bri Meinders – Social Media Guru & Coach

Bri brings energy both in and out of the gym. On the floor, she’s a dedicated coach, helping members push their limits and improve their performance. Behind the scenes, she runs social media and marketing, keeping the community engaged, inspired, and up to date with everything happening at The Gym.
