    WOD – 2 left at cap rx (locked out on the run for about a minute but found out later we didn’t go far enough on the 800m so maybe it worked itself out….)

    WOD- 16 snatches left @ cap Rx (29:50 snatches finished mixed in w/ some conversation)

  3. Snatch: 35
    WOD – through the 400 run at time cap. The cold and windy runs were both physically and mentally exhausting. Thanks for picking a beautiful day to run, Armand!!!!
