What is No Bar CrossFit? The same workouts, without the barbells and pull-up bars. You’ll use dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements during classes – a great way for a beginner to get started!
What is Kilo Kardio? Our cardio based program where you’ll utilize rowers, bikes, treadmills, ski ergs, light dumbbells, and bodyweight movements. During Kardio classes you’ll wear a heartrate monitor that will display a percentage of your max heartrate on a screen. Participants have immediate feedback on their effort level throughout the class, offering a unique tool to motivate and guide you through your workout.
Members must commit to one of the following class times:

Tuesday: No Bar CrossFit @ 5:15am, 6:45am, 9:00am, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, or 6:00pm
Wednesday: No Bar CrossFit @ 5:15am, 6:45am, 9:00am, 4:00pm, 5:00pm, or 6:00pm
Thursday: Kilo Kardio @ 5:00am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 9:30am, 11:00am, 12:30pm, 2:00pm, 3:30pm, or 5:00pm
Friday: No Bar CrossFit @ 5:15am, 6:45am, 9:00am, 4:00pm, or 5:00pm
Saturday: Kilo Kardio @ 7:00am or 8:30am
Sunday: Rest
