Silver: Clean and Jerk EOMOM for 5 rounds 5-5-5-5-5 reps starting every round. Back Squats same as C&J. 10 Front Rack Lunges S.S. w/ 10 TTB.

No Bar: 10 Rounds of 10 DB Squat Clean and Jerks, 10 DB Lunges, 10 DB Squats, and 10 V Ups.
