CrossFit Classes

RX: 2 WODS and 2 scores. Complete in any order. 5 RFT, Start with 10cal Air Bike and 10 RMU and increase cals by 10 and decrease RMU by 1rep each round. 20min cap. 20min AMRAP of row 500m, 25 WB(14/20#) 10′, and 25′ HSW.

Gold: 2 WODS and 2 scores. Complete in any order. 5 RFT, Start with 10cal Air Bike and 5RMU and increase cals by 10 and decrease RMU by 1rep each round. 20min cap. 20min AMRAP of row 500m, 25 WB(14/20#) 10′, and 5′ HSW.

Silver:2 WODS and scores. Complete in any order. 5 RFT, Start with 5cal Air Bike and 10 Strict Pull Ups and increase cals by 10 and decrease SPU by 1rep each round. 20min cap. 20min AMRAP of row 500m, 25 WB(10/14#) 9′, and 25′ OH Plate Lunge.

No Bar: 2 WODS and scores. Complete in any order. 5 RFT, Start with 10cal Air Bike and 10 Ring Rows and increase cals by 10 each round. 20min cap. 20min AMRAP of row 500m, 25 WB(10/14#) 9′, and 25′ OH Plate Lunge.
