AM Skills:  SKILLS: 5 rounds of 10 bar kips, 10 ring kips, 10 hollow body rocks, 10 superman rocks. 10min hips to bar drill or decent drills for multiple BMU. 10min squat therapy. 10min. band work for shoulders.

6 AM Stretch

PM Kilo Trained: with a partner 30 insync CTB, 30 insync DL(50/70), 30 in sync TTB, 30 in sync wallballs.
