January Challenge:  Kilo Open Continues!

Welcome back to reality!  We hope you all had a wonderful holiday and are ready to get back at some fitness!  We have a nutrition challenge coming at you later this month as well as our masters and kids comp, so stay tuned!

RX:  SKILL/STRENGTH: 10x100m Row with 30 sec Rest. Score = Avg Time. WOD: 5 Rounds 50′ HSW(25′ x 2) and 5 Cleans (70/102). Time Cap 15min.

Gold:  SKILL/STRENGTH: 10x100m Row with 30 sec Rest. Score = Avg Time. WOD: 5 Rounds 25′ HSW and 5 Cleans (55/80)

Silver:  SKILL/STRENGTH: 10x100m Row with 30 sec Rest. Score = Avg Time. WOD: 5 Rounds 150′ OH Walk (2×25/35# DB) and 5 Cleans (bar)

No Bar:  SKILL/STRENGTH: 10x100m Row with 30 sec Rest. Score = Avg Time. WOD: 5 Rounds 150′ OH Walk (2×25/35# DB) and 5 DB Cleans.
