Gold:  LIFT: 8×2 Back Squats @ 90-95% Superset with 8 Bentover rows. WOD: 7 DL (70/100), 14 HRPU, and 200m run for time.

Silver:  LIFT: 8×2 Back Squats @ 90-95% Superset with 8 Bentover rows. WOD: 7 DL (30/40), 14 HRPU, and 200m run for time.

No Bar:  LIFT: 8 rounds of 250m Row and 12 Goblet Squats. WOD: 7 KBDL, 14 HRPU, and 200m run for time.
