February Challenge:  BINGO

Upcoming events:  

Mobility Seminar Series with Shantelle.  We will focus on a different area (shoulders, hips, ankles, spine) each week!  Cost for each is $20/$70 to register for all 4. February 21st, 28th, March 7th, March 14th | 5:30-630 pm

Awesome job to all of the athletes that competed this weekend! We had a blast watching each and every one of you! Congrats to Kasual Kilo ladies on their 3rd place finish and Colten’s team from OC3 on their 2nd place finish!

RX: WOD: “FILTHY 50” 50 Box Jumps (24″), 50 Jumping Pull Ups, 50 Kettlebell Swings (35/55), 50 Walking Lunge Steps, 50 Knees to Elbows, 50 Push Press (20k), 50 Back Extensions, 50 Wall Balls (20# to 8ft/10ft), 50 Burpees, 50 Double Unders. Must complete 1 exercise before moving on to the next. 30min cap REFER TO 7/29/15
