Join us in our new Seminar Series for the Gymnastics Seminar! This seminar will last approximately 90 minutes and will cover the following skills:
• Handstands (HS Holds, HS Walking, and HS Push-Ups)
• Pull-Ups (Kipping, Chest to Bar, & Butterfly)
• Double Unders
This is a great opportunity for beginners to be introduced to new progressions of skills, and for experienced athletes to apply more focus to advancing movements and improving technique.
