Date: Training has already started! Final 200 completed October 1st – 2nd.
You can register any time between now and October 1st!
Swim Location: YMCA or other
Provided: 2 workouts per week and 1 challenge each month leading to the final 200.
Awards: Patches for start, each challenge, and finish. T-shirts and hats for the finishers.
Rules: Swim can include a floatation device. Ruck is 30/40#. Choose the combo with vest and pack or just pack. The use of any road bike is ok. All activities except swimming must be done outdoors. You may swim outdoors if you would like.
Anyone not doing the course laid out in Cedar Falls will have to provide video or picture evidence of the distance on either a watch or phone and prove the weight via a scale.
