THE FUTURE OF FITNESS

  • CrossFit Kids is designed for specific developmental needs (neurological, cognitive, and motor) of kids. CrossFit Kids workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements which are tailored to kids at any fitness level. The workouts are based on movements fundamental to playtime: pulling, pushing, running, throwing, climbing, lifting, and jumping.
