CrossFit Classes:

RX: LIFT: EMOM 8min. 1 PS + 1 Hang PS @ 90%. WOD: 30 muscle ups and 1000 meter row for time.

Gold: LIFT: EMOM 8min. 1 PS + 1 Hang PS @ 90%. WOD: 10 muscle ups and 1000 meter row for time.

Silver:LIFT: EMOM 8min. 3 PS. WOD: 50 Jumpiong Pull Ups, 50 box dips and 1000 meter row for time.

No Bar: LIFT: 10sec work 10sec rest for 100cal on Ski Erg. WOD: 30 muscle ups and 1000 meter row for time.
