Gold: LIFT: 1 Snatch EMOM 10min Starting @ 80% increase to ME and remain for the rest of the EMOM. WOD: AMRAP 15min of 30cal row and 15 3/4 body weight Bench Press.

Silver: LIFT: 2 Snatch EMOM 10min. WOD: AMRAP 15min of 30cal row and 15 light Bench Press.

No Bar: LIFT: Accumulate 5min of Static Wall Sit with Back of hands overhead and against wall. WOD: AMRAP 15min of 30cal row and 15 DB Bench Press.
