Free Sauna Week June 14th-19th


Next week you can jump in the sauna and check it out! We have updated everyone’s membership to allow for sauna access, so all you need to do is reserve your time in ZenPlanner.

Why an infrared sauna? 

Unlike a traditional sauna, infrared saunas use lamps to warm your body directly instead of heating the air around you. Our sauna can operate at a lower temperature, yet create the same benefits due to the infrared being able to more easily penetrate the human body.

So, what are the benefits of a sauna? 
Better sleep
Weight loss
Relief from sore muscles
Relief from joint pain
Clearer/tighter skin
Improved circulation

Recommended use:
3x/week for 20 minutes. 120-150 degrees.
**If you are an inexperienced sauna goer, begin with 1-2x/week for 10-15 minutes at 100 degrees until your body acclimates.
