PM Kilo Trained:  No organized class this evening

#kiloopen WOD:  100alt. overbar burpees, 100cal. ski erg, 100 Alt. SDLHP (35/55). Both athletes start on the same side of the bar, one athlete completes a burpee and jumps or steps over the bar. Once athlete one is OVER the bar athlete 2 begins their rep this rotation continues as written until 100 reps are complete. Once 100reps are complete continue to the ski erg and complete 100 calories however you would like. After 100cals are complete then move to the KB and complete 100KB SDLHP the HANDLE OR YOUR HANDS
