STOP THINKING AND START DOING!

Below are the steps to follow in order to get started with Kilo Trained:

  1. Be sure to look at our entire website including our blog. Watch videos, read about CrossFit and our trainers.
  2. If you are still eager to start, schedule your FREE INTRODUCTORY CLASS, where you will learn the specifics of our blog and WOD board. If you are unable to attend one of these classes, you MUST schedule an appointment by calling 319-231-2575 or emailing [email protected] or [email protected]
  3. Once you have attended your free introductory class you will then complete the On Ramp or Foundations Program. These will teach you the fundamental movements of CrossFit. Our On Ramp class is the most utilized and highly suggested but if you are extremely eager or our ON Ramp schedule does not fit into your schedule then you may choose our 3 Personal Foundations option.
    1. You can complete 1 Month of On Ramp Classes @ $120. (*Military, Police, Fire, & Student discounts available.)
    2. Complete 3 Personal Foundations Sessions @ $150. (You will have to purchase a monthly membership immediately following your 3 sessions.)
    3. Last option is to receive your 3 foundations sessions for free with the purchase of 6 months membership. You will not have to complete the On Ramp course with this option.
  4. After you have completed these steps you are ready to start classes! You should have the knowledge needed to walk into any class, regardless of fitness level and experience! Have fun getting fit!  Our Waverly location has the added option of an open gym membership at $35 per month.

*YOU ARE REQUIRED TO SCHEDULE FOR YOUR FREE INTRO CLASS & ON RAMP/FOUNDATIONS SESSIONS!!!

** FOUNDATIONS/ON-RAMP CAN BE COMPLETED AT EITHER LOCATION: CEDAR FALLS OR WAVERLY.
