Silver: Super Squats +2kg. Then, 9-15-21 thrusters (15/20) and overbar burpees.

No Bar: 10min AMRAP 5 ring rows, 10 push ups, and 15 Air Squats. Then, 9-15-21 thrusters (30/40) and overbar burpees.
