    Just returned from spring break..went to a crossfit gym when I was in SC, but there is nothing like Kilo. Glad to be back!

  2. Did wod in Vegas. 45 lb db’s for dl which sucked. 30 du’s each round. I have awesome whip marks from it too! 50 butterfly sit ups and 50 push ups. Did some back squats on a squat rack which also sucked 🙂
