Nice work on some tough WODs this week!  Keep setting those goals high and remember to make yourself a priority!

CrossFit Classes:

Teams of 3 or 4 do 4 ROUNDS OF 25 yd broad jumps(all members) and 100yd backwards drag w/ Sled or tire(no more than 2 working at a time on drag).
