RX:W/ a partner complete 20 RFT of 3 Thrusters (60/85) and 10 Pull Ups. Alternating rounds.  

Gold: W/ a partner complete 20 RFT of 3 Thrusters (40/60) and 10 Pull Ups. Alternating rounds.

Silver: W/ a partner complete 20 RFT of 5 Thrusters (Bar) and 10 Jumping Pull Ups. Alternating rounds.

No Bar: W/ a partner complete 20 RFT of 5 DB Thrusters and 10 Ring Rows. Alternating rounds.

Family Class:  Kids partner w/ adult
