Silver: 5×1 3 Power Cleans +2 Jerks @ ME. Then, 5×3 PS. Then, 12min AMRAP of 10cal row, 7cal bike, 4 Pull Ups, and 100m run.

No Bar: EMOM 20min. 3 KB Snatch, 4 KB PC, 5 Box Jumps. Then, 12min AMRAP of 10cal row, 7cal bike, 4 Ring Rows, and 100m run.
